All products are baked in small batches and subject to daily availability. We reserve the right to refuse or refund orders we cannot fulfill.

Prices are displayed in local currency and include applicable taxes. We may adjust prices seasonally based on the cost of organic ingredients.

Delivery windows are best-effort and depend on weather, traffic, and the bake schedule. For click & collect orders, we hold your bag for up to 4 hours after the chosen pickup time.

Our kitchen handles wheat, rye, dairy, eggs and nuts. While we follow strict procedures, we cannot guarantee zero cross-contact. Please check the allergen note on each product page.

If anything you receive isn't fresh or doesn't match your order, write to us within 24 hours and we'll make it right — a replacement, store credit, or refund. Your choice.

Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
