At Rugre Bakery, we believe trust is the most important ingredient. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our shops, order online, or sign up for our newsletter — and how we protect it.

What we collect

When you place an order or create an account, we collect your name, contact details, delivery address, and order history. For drive-thru and in-store visits we don't track you personally.

How we use it

To bake and deliver your order, to send order confirmations, to follow up on questions, and — only if you opt in — to send occasional news about seasonal bakes.

What we never do

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not store payment card numbers on our servers — payments are handled by trusted processors.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or delete your account at any time by writing to hello@rugre.bakery.
